One-Year Warranty (Free with Every Purchase)
Every product you buy comes with a one-year warranty starting from the date it’s delivered. If your item stops working due to a manufacturing defect or regular use, you can return it and receive a replacement—on us.

Lifetime Warranty (Optional)
If you purchased the lifetime warranty, your product is protected for life. Same process applies—just prove you purchased the lifetime warranty, follow the steps below, and we’ll send you a replacement.

What’s Covered:
Any issues caused by normal use or manufacturer defects. We want your product working as promised.

What’s Not Covered:
Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or excessive wear and tear beyond reasonable use.

How to Claim:
Reach out to our support team with your order number, proof of purchase (and proof of lifetime warranty if applicable), a description of the issue, and a clear photo or video. We’ll handle the rest and get you a replacement quickly.
