30-Day Return Policy
Grace’s Gleam

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Grace’s Gleam. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  
• Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products, are non-returnable.

Return Process

2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  
• If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds 

•  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
  
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  
• If the return does not meet the required conditions, a refund may be denied.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
